A. There is a half hour waiting period right after you send it. Then in your MemberDirect you go to the left hand side click Transfers > Pending INTERAC e-Transfer.
Once in Pending you can hit cancel - it will show your current e-transfer and on the right hand side it will show Cancel. (after the half hour waiting period).
