As an RCU member you have the flexibility to do your banking when and where it’s convenient for you!  Bank online, use your RCU Mobile App or use our ATM outside of business hours. 

 

Online

Conduct your personal and business banking business online through MemberDirect.  MemberDirect allows you to:

  • check your account balances & activity 
  • pay bills
  • transfer money between accounts 
  • send or receive INTERAC® e-Transfers 
  • access financial statements 
  • view or print e-statements 
  • Direct Alerts – to alert you when there is activity in your account  
  • Make CRA payments 
  • Securely sign up for CRA direct deposit or change your account information
  • Print your own Direct Deposit Form! 
  • Send money globally, anytime, anywhere through our International Transfers feature
 

Direct Deposit/Statement Request Form

The following form is available for you to fill out online OR to print off and fill out manually. This form is used if you are requesting your direct deposit banking information or if you are requesting to have your statement printed. 

**you will need to manually sign both forms for us to obtain your signature to complete the request.**


 

Online Direct Deposit and Pre-Authorized Debit Form


Direct Deposit and Pre-Authorized Debit forms are now available at your fingertips online!  You can access these forms from a desktop computer as well as a mobile device.

 

Mobile Banking


Also known as (Text for Balance) this cool feature will work with most cellphone.  Get real time access to your account balances and recent account activity info.

Mobile App 

Bank with your phone, anytime, anywhere with our RCU Mobile App!  Visit your app store and search “Raymore Credit Union” to download it today.  With the RCU Mobile app you can:

  • check your account balances & activity 
  • pay bills
  • transfer money between accounts 
  • send or receive INTERAC® e-Transfers 
  • Deposit Anywhere™ – deposit your cheques with your phone’s camera
  • Display your balances 
  • Lock’N’Block your Membercard in case you lost or misplaced your card

Visit our Raymore or Dysart Branch for friendly, professional service. If you can’t make it to our branch, not to worry! Our Retail team are available to meet you, you pick the time & place!

ATM

Get quick and easy access to cash or choose any of the self-serve options at our ATM located in the lobby of our Raymore Branch.  From coast-coast, Credit Union members have access to thousands of ATMs!  Any Credit Union ATM is free of charge, just look for this ‘Ding Free’ Icon!

 

Night Deposit

Our night deposit is available at your convenience! Drop your deposits or bill payments into the Night Deposit slot (located beside the ATM in Raymore branch).  Night Deposit is checked numerous times throughout each business day.  It's another easy, contactless way to do you banking!

 

International Transfers

Send money internationally through online banking, anytime, anywhere!  

International transfers is a new, low-cost & efficient way to send money internationally through RCU online banking.  Sending money to family or friends outside of Canada?  Making a purchase across borders? Paying for accomodation or destination holidays?  Then this feature is for you!
