We want to ensure our member’s personal information is protected.  The internet has changed the way we conduct our financial business, providing convenient access to information and the ability to perform transactions from home, work and on the go. It is important to be aware that when you communicate via the Internet, other people and software can interfere with your communication. An inadequately protected computer or lack of security set up on your device, can be accessed by an unknown party or a virus very quickly.  We have many options for you to keep yourself safe!


2-Step Verification... COMING EARLY 2022!

This new feature is an enhanced, and better than ever security feature for our members on MemberDirect and the mobile app.  This exciting new feature ensures that you are the only one logging into your online banking.  If anything seems out of the ordinary, you'll be prompted to enter the verification code.  If you receive this code and you are not attempting to log in, someone may be attempting to login to your MemberDirect.  

What is 2-Step Verification?

  • An extra layer of protection to reduce fraud risks and further secure your account. 
  • This layer of protection will ensure you're the ONLY person who can access your online banking or mobile app, even if someone knows your password.

Please discontinue using the Internet Explorer web browser, as it is no longer supported by Microsoft.  As a result it has reduced security features.  Supported browsers, which provide full security features include: Chrome, Safari 14 (Mac OS only), Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.



Direct Alerts

These alerts will advise you when important changes have been made to your information or your account in Online Banking.  You can choose if you’d like these alerts sent as a text, email or both!

Direct Alerts will notify you when:

  • Account login alert
  • A new bill payee is added to your list
  • Your Personal Access Code (PAC) is changed
  • If you are locked out of Online Banking via Increased Authentication after 3 attempts to log in.
  • INTERAC e-Transfer New Recipient Added Alerts

Enhanced PAC

We want to ensure that your Online and Mobile Banking are as safe as possible. The Enhanced PAC on MemberDirect and Moblie App logins provides higher banking security and is designed to give you more flexibility by customizing a strong and reliable Personal Access Code (PAC) to keep your accounts safe.

Upon your login to Online Banking or our Mobile App, you will be prompted to change your PAC to a stronger PAC that must meet these minimum requirements:·        

  • At least 8 characters minimum and up to 30 characters maximum       
  • At least one uppercase letter        
  • At least one lowercase letter      
  • At least one number 
  • You can use the following special characters @ # $ - ! |
  • No spaces

Please note: The last 10 passwords you have used cannot be used again** 


Lock’N’Block

Allows you to lock or block your credit union debit card, anytime, anywhere! 

Whether your card is lost or stolen, you are able to lock or block with the click of a button through our Mobile App, or MemberDirect® Online Banking.
