The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), representing Canada Post workers announced a nationwide strike on Thursday, September 25, 2025. As a result, there will be delays in both incoming and outgoing communications and we will need to use alternative methods to communicate with our members.
Paper Statements:
If you are currently receiving paper statements, the delivery of your statements will be delayed. We recommend to access your statements through Online Banking. (click: My Accounts - View e-Statements)
e-Statements: If you are already obtaining your e-Statements through Online Banking, there will be no impact. Everyone who has access to Online Banking is able to view and download their e-Statements.
Not signed up for Online Banking? Please give us a call and we will get you signed up. If you do not wish to sign up for Online Banking, we will help you get your statement(s). Just give our branch a call 1.306.746.2160 or stop in to visit us.
Cheque Orders:Please note that cheque orders currently in transit may be delayed. If you require new cheques, you can give us a call or visit one of our branches. Our team will do its best to fulfill these requests as quickly as possible. Cheque orders will need to be picked up in branch.
Bill Payments:Members are still responsible for making their bill payments, even if the bill or statement comes in the mail. You can make bill payments through Online Banking, Mobile App, in branch or give us a call. You can even set up scheduled recurring bill payments so you don't have to worry about missing the payment date.
Debit Cards:Personalized cards will not be available until Canada Post resumes service. Members can visit in branch to receive a non-personalized debit card, if needed.
Collabria Credit Cards:Cardholders are expected to continue making payments by the due date. New cards, replacement cards, statements, and letters sent via mail will experience delays. Balances, payment amount/minimum payment, and due dates are available through:
